Today  we had a pets day. (Just because we would normally be out and we didn’t have a bus. It was also Sam’s Birthday).
Phoebe’s pet guinea pigs, Marmite and Snowy came into class to see us. My pet parrot, Mango also visited us in class. Here are some pics…
Lulworth Class
The students all had an amazing time at Bunn Leisure in Chichester over the weekend, here’s a few photos showing some of the things they got up to.
Post-16 plan to get growing in their new polytunnel! They will be growing some foods to use for their own lunches and some plants to sell for their enterprise work. The work they do will contribute to elements of their Diploma in Skills for Further Learning and Employment.
On Friday the Post-16 ski group started learning how to use the button lift and skied from the top of the training slope!
Beaucroft students had a great time taking part in the pancake race in Wimborne.

Our Post-16 students had an amazing time at the TADSS (Teaching Alliance of Dorset Special Schools) Post-16 Christmas party in Weymouth.

The Post-16 ski team are making good progress with everyone now coming down the beginner slope independently!
Beaucroft had great fun celebrating Diwali and took part in a range of activities from trying new food, to painting, singing and dancing.
